Triple Ganache Chocolate Cake

Untuk beberapa ketika saya 'bercuti' dalam aktiviti coklat.. Hehe harap2 saya masih ingat cara2 tempering couverture..

Memandangkan stok yang ada pun dah muncul sugar bloom,maka saya transform semuanya menjadi ganache..hehe so still boleh digunakan dan tak membazir..

Kek di atas ialah kek coklat dimana adunannya saya masukkan sedikit coklat yang cairkan.. Saya jadikan kek ini kepada dua layer dan ditengah2 nya saya lepakan dengan ganache oren.. Kemudian saya toppingkan keseluruhan kek dengan dark chocolate ganache yang dihiasi dengan garisan strawberry ganache...hehe sebab itulah kek ini diberi nama "Triple Ganache Chocolate Cake"..

Kek ini saya tak dapat nak rasa atau potong sbb telah pun diberikan kepada sepupu suami saya sempena kenduri kahwin anaknya.. Klu berkesempatan buat lagi (read : klu rajin..hehe) saya akan update kan gambar keratan rentasnya.. :)..

Kawan-kawan masih ingat lagi saya janji nak post gambar untuk entry ini? Nah sekarang tunai janjinya tapi dengan harga baru.. diulangi harga baru

Ini la choc cluster.. Untuk hari raya ini saya cuma ambil tempahan untuk kuih ini sahaja.. ops bukan kuih tapi coklat cluster ini shaja...sbb saya tak pandai rajin nak buat kudapan lain.. kang buat kuih raya tak sedap akak jugak korang complaint, bila ada complaint terus tak jadi tempah macaron..eh tiba-tiba!~

Berikut adalah harga bagi tempahan bagi cluster ini..

almond @ cornflakes sahaja : RM24 untuk sebalang

almond + kismis @ cashew @ aprikot @ cornflakes : RM27 untuk sebalang

almond + cashew + kismis @ aprikot : RM27 untuk sebalang

* sebalang = 50 pcs

* default coklat ialah milk coklat... sila nyatakan kalau nak coklat putih atau dark

* drizzle dengan perasa strawberry / orange boleh dilakukan tanpa sebarang extra charge..tapi kena khabor la ke saya..(satu balang satu jenis drizzle sahaja)

* harga tidak termasuk kos penghantaran. Disarankan untuk self pick up di Dengkil atau HUKM Cheras. 8km radius kawasan Dengkil free delivery [wah beruntung betul orang Dengkil  ^_^]

Sejak mood macaronivore sedang membuak-buak ni dah lama tak practice tempering chocolate.. sekali sekala polish balik kemahiran lama supaya tak lupa.. kan ada ilmu tu untuk diamalkan kan?

Asalnya makcik saudara saya nak tempah kek seperti kek alunan kasih hari tu untuk 2nd cousin yang kahwin ni.. tapi sebab dah ada yang sponsor kek so she switch the order to chocolate.. hehe .. bila dah lama tak ambik order chocolate, tetiba berdebar2 lak nak buat.. Alhamdulillah berhasil juga..

Inside the chocolate box are chocolates with ganache inside.. we 're using premium choc or known as real chocolate.. for the box, we're using white compound with chocolate and some colorings..( i think im not very good in making colored choc..need some practice!)
